Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module in a Software Development or Software Consulting role
Worked on at least 2-3 SuccessFactors implementation projects of the most recent version.
Worked on at least 2-3 SAP HCM implementation projects
Experience with gather requirements, analyse the client’s business processes and design
Experience with design and development of the solution for SuccessFactors Employee central Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee central, SuccessFactors Onboarding, SAP ECC or S/4HANA
Experience with functional unit testing and system integration testing.
Experience with training and production support

Excellent communication skills

5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance
Responsible for SAP implementation/ support projects representing data initiatives globally
Should have worked on MDG implementation for customers, vendors, materials, and FI cost centres
Develop and define the Material Master processes as Material Master Functional Consultant
Experience of SAP MDG, BODS, LSMW/SQL, PI/PO, Web Methods, HCI
Experience working with offshore/remote teams
Experience with implementing an S4/HANA and/or a multi-tiered SAP environment
Experience managing or executing data cleansing, data mapping, and data governance areas, preferably in an SAP environment as well as integration across complex ERP landscapes
Must have minimum 2-3 SAP MDG implementation experience

Hands on experience with ERP (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle etc) test automation tools such as Selenium/ Tricentis Tosca, HPALM (preferred)
Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Project/Excel.
Strong understanding and experience in both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
Strong SQL scripting / database testing skills, Web application, business application testing experience
Strong leadership experience in working with Onshore/Offshore model.
Should have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Strong hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira/Rally/ HPALM).
